Paestum, 4th century BC.
Orange-red clay with painting in shiny black glaze. On the front a woman's head facing right, her hair held in a patterned Sakkos. A large volute to the left and right. An Ionic Kymation beneath the depiction.
Dimension: height: 8,3 cm, diameter: 3.8 cm
Condition: Intact and in excellent condition with a very fresh, glossy surface.
Provenance: German private collection, acquired before 1951.
